The 40fps and 40hz sync setting is what i was looking for. Never played a Borderland game but this one here got my attention. Can you recommend buying this for steam deck for a 40hz cap?

FYI I found I got a lot crashing later in the game with dx12 and fsr 2 so switched to dx11 which was more stable and eliminates 99% of the stuttering. No fsr 2 on dx11 tho so have to take settings down or use resolution scaling for 40fps

I bet FSR and forcing the game to a lower res from steam would help a ton! I'll try tonight once it's downloaded. I got BL3 to play mostly on medium with FSR 1.0 and DX12

It is a 1280x800 panel. Done to keep price low starting at 400 USD, gaming performance over resolution, and battery life.
