My goodness, as soon as you said army of undead, the game sounded like my favorite RTS game called Sacrifice on PC. It was released back in the 2000s. I wonder the developer got the inspiration from that.

Would be awesome, but doubtful. That game is 22 years old (the age I was when the game came out). There is so many good games from that time period that are awesome ideas, sadly that won't get made today.Thankfully we have indies.

I know this isn't on topic but after getting my steam deck its got my love of linux going again, and I actually did a Nobara OS install on a external SSD however I'm having same issues I had last time I tried it on a 6900XT (just now made worse by fact I'm using a 3080 and Nvidia's drivers are utter crap in comparison), and thats performance not only doesn't match Windows it falls behind what I see from other peoples benchmarks comparing linux vs windows, now don't get me wrong I'm still thinking of swapping over once RDNA 3 comes but its just strange why not matter what distro I use I can't get same numbers I see online from same hardware

@@shariarrahman7562 purely FPS, I know some of extra benefits Linux gaming brings to certain games like Elden Ring cause of caching, and also older fallout games cause of DXVK, to be fair the performance difference isn't massive enough to not make me give Linux a proper try, the thing that annoys me most is I just can't seem to get same FPS others get with same hardware

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I love it so far, even more than Vampire Survivors. Super charming and addictive and works great on Deck, perfect! I really hope the term "vamp-like" doesn't catch on though...

Very fun game; surprisingly; considering the overall idea is pretty simple... how it is implemented though is great. All the things you can get and upgrade in the game really make it amazing.

I played the demo back during next for ten hours or so, completely worth it. The main game is quite the step up in almost every regard though, it's been a blast. Currently loving the demon summoner

Totally random question but I think it needs a Linux expert. Is there any way to get Carmageddon 2 working on Steamdeck? It's an old pc game so specs shouldn't be an issue. Using Proton GE 30 the game runs but with no display. You get sound tho.
