@Damian Abregba  don't get me wrong, I'm definitely going to give games like this a try when I get mine. My rts backlog is only trumped by my rpg one. The latter being my biggest reason for getting a deck. That and that my steam library is obscenely huge and having even half of it being portable would be a godsend in terms of actually playing them all

Proton is the default for this title on the Deck. We're mostly showing the consumer experience of what to expect.

Feral Interactive the porting company for Total War games is slowly stopping the porting of games to Linux. Better to see if they work good with Proton.

There's no official Steam Input layout from the developer set up for it.

I dig the FSR MangoHud widget. Looking forward to have it implemented there too.

Nice, WH3 is the game I would like the most to be playable on steam deck, even on lowest settings, I don't care! But WH2 is still decent, I can imagine spending another thousand hrs in this game playing on steam deck. Just couple months waiting....

Yes. I have all dlc installed. I run high at 30fps. Don't play while charging or your temps really rise. If you must charge and play, you need to lower settings.

This is impressive. WH2 is quite a demanding game. How well does it run WH3?

It doesn't right now, unfortunately. There isn't a graphics config I have found to get it to work. I am sure that'll be fixed thru optimization or through allowing external GPUs.

I been playing this for a few months now on my deck its great! resolution not the best but fps is great honestly and that's what I care about the most... however, I recently received a message when starting up the game where the mods are. something about my current Linux version doesn't support game system requirements. I cant mod my games no more. any advice or suggestions on how to help me put?
