Its called Mangohud, and you can customize it to show suff like cpu and gpu usage with GOverlay

How did you get your Red Dead Online to launch? Mine doesn't even launch on a 2400G + 1070 and I have tried different versions of Proton and NVIDIA drivers. I tried it at first on Ubuntu MATE but then I tried it on PopOS 21.04
