You know the game is really well optimized when even the steam deck can run it with high settings and hold locked 60 fps without any drops Yeah I know the game is old, but the steam deck isn't too powerful, and yet it can run with high graphics

@@stellarhyme3 The deck has max 1.6 TFlops with the CPU. The GPU alone has max 1.2. It's much weaker than the ps4. But the CPU can make up for that in some CPU heavy games, like Cyberpunk, where it's much faster than the ps4. But in other games it cannot quite match the PS4.

Isn't too powerful? It can run read dead 2 at native 60fps medium high, or Elden ring at medium 40fps the steam deck is about the same power as a PS4 / xbox one s but with newer tech in a portable package. Or around 6 times as powerful as a switch.

The steam deck is a 2 teraflop machine, more powerful than a ps4 which can also run the game so this isn’t some huge feat.

Got this running high settings with 40 FPS 40hz solid and around 12w power usage which gives just under 4 hours of battery.
