@@Moe_Lester_fromUptwn As it's an older game, it may be able to run at 60fps if you drop to high or medium. PS4/XBox One seem to sit around Medium-High, with PS4 having more settings set to High while Xbox has more set to Medium. While PS3/XBox 360 run the game at low/lowest, if not lower, and run far below the locked 30fps of PS4/XBO.
