Heading to Arch or Manjaro is not the answer, it would be a huge strike on Linux gaming community. Ubuntu is quite user friendly, specially for new users, to keep the community growing (and thus gaming support growing) we need support on ubuntu, even if we don't use it. It is the door to keep the remain distros and game development supported.

Oh man, when I saw Islanders I immediately loved it and was disappointed it wasn't on Linux. Now that it's come I bought it right away and have an episode of it rendering it as I type this comment!
