What I mostly like from Vampire Survivors is that I don't have to aim myself. That's hard to make nice in a 3D FPS.

There is actually an aim assist in the game, which you can tune up and down. And auto fire in the settings.

Looks good, but the speed is something that should be worked on. Games like this are great for time-wasting, so that should always be remembered. Also, some auto-aim could be implemented, as long as faster enemies are showing up. They could also make the bullets look fancier and do unique firing

There's an aim assist option on the gameplay settings. If you put it to the maximum, it will work like an auto-aim.

Actually you can turn auto-aim setting On so you can focus 100% on movement.

Halls of Torment is an interesting halfway house where your primary weapon is aim-based, but you don't require precision so it has that magic where you get to a flow state and the signal just goes from the visual input to your eyes right to your hands on instinct. I don't think it's something that can work at all in hyper-precise shooter.

@@gamingonlinux Well you go on a run, get drops, die, grab some permanent upgrades, then on the next run you are a little bit stronger than before and get farther. This could be described as a rogue-like game =)

It needs to have some mow down waves. The number of enemies looks too low, they take too many shots to kill on average, and there aren’t enough of them.
