I ordered the new back cover for the Steam Deck last week, not realising that all their stuff is Chinese, and there are very strict lockdowns happening in China right now (they're still under the COVID brainwashing), so my order won't be shipped until 15th of February :/
Also. I wish I could believe their apology, but at their core, they are a Chinese company, and we all know that ethics and morals are pretty much none existent over there when it comes to business. So I have no doubt there will be more shady business deals going on in the future.

jebus covid brainwashing says it all with you. stopped reading. covid 0 i agree is a stupid idea but they stopped lockdowns after protests and opened up get with the facts. they have a lot of sickness and deaths occuring now in china. spring festival so they are closed until 30th and then takes time to produce more and package and then get them shipped.

Don't be a sheep, the people of China and the "government" of China are two separate things. During that covid brainwashing they started something akin to a national uprising, IN FUCKING CHINA, all these people will be tracked to the government's best abilities and their lives destroyed for daring to speak up and yet much of the nation felt the need to do so. The Hong Kong situation is in the same spirit. The Taiwan situation is of the same spirit, people are fed up with their bullshit. And you know, surely there's a part of society that thinks everything is as it should be, and it's a bit difficult getting real opinions when the government will destroy you if you do so, but don't just be like "the Chinese are all the same". It's like saying Russians are all the same and everybody should be condemned; my man people speaking their mind get beat up over there, and I wouldn't be surprised if some gulags are up. Do we need to punish russia as a country? Yes, definitely, but in the process we hurt the people who just wanna live their lives who might be on "our side".
I myself order tea from one Chinese company and they seem like lovely people, customer service, even despite their broken English, is better than almost everything I experienced in Europe. When the 1st wave of covid hit they were nice enough to offer me a full refund, or let me wait until they can ship, I said gimme my money back, I'll be back when it's over, I hope you're doing well over there, and I've gotten like a million of samples with my next order, a postcard with handwritten message, a bunch of point on their site that translate to money (I pretty much paid nothing for my next order). But you know, it's just one company, there's million of unethical ones but just keep in mind that in these "evil countries" there are good people.

The fact it took this much effort to get any kind of response is shady. And the fact they'll just team up with any company like this without even vetting them? Red flag for sure. It shows they aren't that trustworthy or they just don't care

it's pretty simple for me: Is the product good or not? I try to research and read reviews and I try to know beforehand whether what i buy is good quality or not, but if it is, i'm happy. Good price, good shipping, good customer support, good quality. Everything else is irrelevant.

Appreciate the update and for pushing on JSAUX, Liam! Looking forward to the conclusions on privacy and marketing scripts. Luckily I haven't noticed any increase in spam after shopping with them. Also it would be great if you get a chance to review the new Mod Case and Hub, PC0104 and HB1101.
Side topic, is there any trend with JSAUX not publishing user reviews? I left detailed feedback on their Steam Deck shoulder bag (BG0105) weeks ago but it's still not on their website. (overall it's fantastic, though mine had one irritating but solvable issue)

@GamingOnLinux : I think that you are making a mistake by pulling the video. Potential customers have the right to know the truth (the whole truth) about what happened and how jsaux "handled" the matter initially.
Words mean nothing, it's the actions that count. Especially words coming from a company because they're purposefully and deliberately crafted by its PR and legal departments to dodge responsibility and to make the company look good. And so far all I see is words.

Did Shopitfy get reported on the malicious LSD promotion mail after purchasing from its hosted stores? If many Shoptify stores got reported, we can think its Shoptify and we ask for the responsibility from the upstream. But if that’s oddly JSAUX or several few other Shoptify stores. I’m sorry! Logic doesn’t work that way. Shoptify hosts a LOT of online stores. It would affect so many users if there is scandal cookie. I wouldn’t trust JSAUX immediately. That would be my own fault if I trust it immaturely just by a few claims and promises. “Yeah, we are working on it.” Hah! Heard that a million times.
I would like to see capable Chinese manufacturer who designs better products and delivers decent quality.
p.s. I’m a software developer.
p.s. Replaced my defective JSAUX dock with the Park Sung dock. Works great with my Elgato external capture device. And more stable without defective image.

JSAUX has an affiliate/referral link program. Have they added the rule that the use of their affiliate links be disclosed by the user when linking it? I've seen in way too many gaming forums users pushing JSAUX products and linking their affiliate links wo telling others that they are getting a cut from purchases and are therefore incentivized to give those products good reviews. Good product or not, referral/affiliate links should always be disclosed and that rule should be part of the agreement terms.

Most countries have it in law that you need to disclose such partnerships, if people aren't they likely breaking that. If you're covering an item you're an affiliate for, that also needs to be disclosed directly in the video.
