Should keep in mind this game is on Gamepass as well, i imagine a lot of people are just going to play it there instead of dropping $70 on the game lol. Personally, i'm jaded about games as a service in general. Game looks cool but i can't be bothered with skins, Battle Passes, grinding progression systmes, constant balance issues, anti-social players or dealing with the FOMO these games inevitably push into the title through limited time events or whatever. Really wish the game was Single Player with MP modes, a la Lost Planet 1 & 2.

The monetization really is pure greed and I don't love it, but the ultimate problem I have is you can't party up with people across platforms. Even on PC, steam and Xbox gamepass players can't party up, let alone with Xbox or PS5. Kind of a bummer, because the game does look fun.

Honestly the game just looks like warframe with dinosaurs, and it probably costs way to much with a ton of micro-transactions. Wouldn't surprise me if it become free to play later on.

its pretty much like destiny's gambit mode mixed with overwatch, and im loving every minute of it lol. saw it pop up on the steam store the other day and was like hey that looks cool, so decided to buy it the next day. imo its worth the money. im personally one of those people that doesnt mind spending money on a game even after buying it, if its something i really really enjoy. jesus christ iv prob spent close to 700$ on warframe with 2500h clocked and that game is free.

Rather than more perfomant CPUs, would you say that better or newer rendering techniques would be far better? In a way that it seemingly doesn't or barely consumes any of the CPU calculation capabilities, that type of optimization which makes games just run almost universally? Like streaming but with the onboard hardware. In a sense. Of course I'm talking very hypothetically here. This is something that's hard to imagine anytime soon. Even if we did make games run like that, rendering for videos and overall work stuff will always take a immense toll on the CPU I suppose.

This looks like a incredibly funny game though. More dinosaurs games! But the problem with the Deck though ... It cannot function with games like these where a lot of enemies spawn. Like those spawn based games. I've even had a momentarily fps shortage on Wolfenstein The Old Blood when a bunch of enemies spawned and that doesn't happen a lot. Unfortunately, the CPU chipset is incredibly borked. I would like to label it as terrible but then on the other hand, other games that do not spawn dozens of monsters, the deck runs perfect at 60fps even. I personally have it set on 57. Perhaps we need optimization, a workaround way to render a lot of mobs in a way that's not taxing to the CPU. A new form of rendering. Even with proton even? I think, something similar that I am aware of is ASYNC_1 which fixed God of War for me.
