Can I see the full log? that just had info, doesnt have any errors in it also, can you try this? in lutris right click warframe>configure>system, scroll down to environment variables, remove the mesa_glthread, then let me know if you still get any errors

First, thanks a lot for making it possible for me to play warframe on linux! Sadly I'm having a problem with this new version. The textures are really glitchy now, they flicker all the time. Everything else works fine. Could it be my grapics gard? (Nvidia 820m). I have already updated my drivers. I really don't know what causes this problem. Could you help me with this please? EDIT I didn't change the graphics settings

If you've already got all settings on low or disabled, I'd have to say it's your GPU. 820m just isnt very strong :(. Maybe try lowering the resolution?

64 bit is disabled in the launcher, I still has the same bug. Also the framerate is lower than before and it stutters.

Thanks! It worked, the flickering textures are gone now. But now the game freezes and crashes randomly (Going into your arsenal, starting a mission etc). Sometimes the launcher even crashes. How do you fix this? Also have nice vacation!

? what progress is there to be made? the game runs fine with the new update, remove mesa_glthread environment variable if you have it set to prevent flickering. disable in-game microphone to prevent crashes

Im running manjaro. But it freezes of something called "Update of Di", tried searching for it, but couldnt find anything on it. Cpu usage keeps fluctuating for the warframe updater but it no progress after 24 hours.

Hey, when I try installing this through lutris it shows "Installing game data" but with a purely white box below it (it first downloaded the master.zip and the .msi) and seems to not be progressing at all. Do you have any idea of what I could be missing? I'm on the latest Mint, 64bit.

It seems it's not seeing wget.exe even though it's there?

Just tried it again, the game goes straight to the login screen, it doesn't do an update prior. So its stll telling me to exit, and rerun to update. Thanks for the help anyway.

the full game has to redownload, copying windows install wont work because the updater checks for md5sums

it's supposed to do that. it runs the script in xterm which then updates the game and launches it afterwards. the script has been modified a bit since this video.

Cant get warframe to run properly on windows, and now ive seen someone manage it on Linux. On Arch Linux of all things.

I have just today installed Ubuntu MATE for the 1st time. I've never used Linux before, but I've done a bit of work so far, in order to configure the system well enough to allow me to play my games. Would anyone here please be able to give me a hand in understanding what exactly should I do in order to implement this solution presented here? I have already installed Wine, Lutris, and I'm downloading Warframe at this moment. I even downloaded curl, but I don't think I managed to get wget correctly. Would anyone please help me with this? I'm loving all this Linux craze I started going on tonight, and it's now 3 am almost, but it's actually overwhelming (and satisfying at the same time). Thank you! =)
