Regardless the API whether Vulkan or OpenGL.. If it launchs at full screen I get a lot of colors accross the whole screen others are reporting "black screen" what I did was.. From Steam game name: 1-Right click on "properties" 2-Click "Local Files" 3-Edited the file "BallisticConfigurationsettings" and changed the value "FullScreen" from "true" to "false" and made the file "read only" Now it launch on a windows but once is opened you can switch to "full screen" the reason why I made the file "read only" is because without that you'll have to redo everything every single time you close the game. Others are editing the "prefs" file on the 3dUnity folder but that filed doesn't work for me for some reason. Ps: sorry for the long comment but in case someone else have the same problem can solve it like I did.

Can you not run it on fullscreen at all? Glad to hear someone took my recommendation though, hope you enjoy! :)

Just got it for US$9 on Steam I had issues to launch it but apparently is a well know problem and all I had to do was to disable full screen launch.. Is running great! 1080p high settings on Debian 9.
