A quick search revealed this article: https://bloody-disgusting.com/video-games/3619253/red-candle-games-devotion-back-sale-just-not-steam/ Apparently it's been preserved by a library and is now available via the Red Candle website. Also there is supposedly a predecessor game on Steam, maybe that's something for you as well.

Thank you Sir! ❤ It's great that a library is preserving this though hopefully it will eventually, somehow be also maybe released online... maybe I'm just dreaming out loud. The article though dates from June 8, 2020 and that July 15 has far passed us by. I guess whomever lived in Taiwan and managed to snag a copy, is basically sitting on a fortune... well not right now, but if the game is not re-released, then in the future for sure. I also tried getting in contact directly with the developers to see what the future plans are for this project, however unfortunately they did not reply. Alas, regarding the predecessor, Detention, I will have to check it out for sure! 😉
