Sounds like the game design is a bit broken wrt. reputation and research... On another note, does Denuvo exist on Linux now or does the Linux version come with a different copy protection mechanism?

I don't think Denuvo still exists under Linux. The developers actually removed all traces of Denuvo from Two Point Hospital shortly after launch and I don't think that the Linux version ever had it. =)
