Use the following as steam launch options: "-screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080 -force-vulkan" If they have gotten rid of the Unity fullscreen bug, then just "-force-vulkan" should do nicely. :)

Currently, going with the default opengl would provide much more fluent gameplay than Vulkan. :)
