taskset -c 0,2,4,6,8,10 %command% was used to get better performance and make the game not eat all my 16 threads while performing like crap.

mouse is broken, turning your head will slowly dip the mouse down slightly, gets annoying, works with controller, but i prefer keyboard/mouse, so its pretty hard to play like that at the moment.

Does the forest use the Unity game engine ? Because most of the games made with Unity perform like crap and have strange bug and weard ligths and shadows

faking GPU doesnt help in this case and faking stuff is usually needed for UE4 games and few others like GTA V.

Vulkan should soon be fully supported by Unity, I don't know when but it will be great for Steam Play

great game with good performance with steam play/proton. Zombie process on exit to desktop must be killed, but otherwise, no problems during playing. Finished the game in multiplayer mode with friends. Good overall

Did you also have mouse issues? That makes it kind a unplayable for me.
