No shader issues or anything! Looks like it runs pretty well. I wish Warframe ran well, better yet come to Linux. Paladins seems ok, but I don't like the moba nature of it with all these cool downs and rock, paper, scissors thing when it comes to facing other classes

Warframe works perfectly for me no choppy ness, I use the script found on the Russian website they have been checked no malice code has been included. If you are interested I wont post directly but google port world of tanks Linux and warframe is the second script down.

Wine Staging 1.9.20 is not officially released, did you compile it against the current git master?

a bit late reply but some people say that they have issues when starting HirezLauncherUI, but works fine if they start from the Paladins.ink file that will be made after installation. go figure whats the difference there

Well I quit for now, I've tried a bunch of things and the launcher won't update to the update service. Some comments on WineHQ indicate to edit the /etc/hosts file to point the hostname to the local ip address, didn't change a thing. I also tried disabling ipv6 and other network interfaces from vmware, docker or LXC and deleted my VPN config. Also tried copying a fully installed game folder from a Windows partition with no success. That's too bad because that's a tiny network related issue that is preventing to run the game properly (which seems to run fine). I apologize for bothering, but I seem to be running into a problem trying to get this game running properly on Wine, myself. Everything, and I mean absolutely everything works perfectly, aside from one thing: Smooth frame rate. I cannot, for the life of me, get a smooth frame rate no matter what I set the graphics to. And, I don't think it could be because of my specs, because I've played this on a native Windows machine and that machine's specs were quite a bit lower than what mine are currently, and it could run it nearly ultra settings with a solid sixty FPS. The performance in this video was perfect. And I was wondering if I could get my performance anywhere near that. I'd even except the basic most dirt cheap on hardware intensity lowest graphics settings. I'll put as much info here, needed or not, so I can get exact help, if I can get any at all. OS: Ubuntu 14.04 Wine Version: Wine 1.9.21 (Staging branch, of course) Paladins Version: Paladins Open Beta Version 35 "Feast of the Serpent" Standalone (Non-Steam) Edition CPU: Intel Core i3-2140 3.40GHz x 4 GPU: GeForce GTX 660. CSMT enabled in wine? you can also try to force your GPU to use max clocks. maybe its switching those and causing jumps?...

yeah its sadly not working anymore, its the easyanticheat they added some time ago, this video is from 2016... if you want a bit similar game you can try out Battlerite. its top-down view though, but some things are similar. works perfectly in wine atm.

i don't think paladins works anymore. They added EAC (easy anticheat) and since then you cannot connect anymore. this video is from 2016
