5% FPS drop due recording

Selected High Preset, Turned off Tesselation (its broken with latest nvidia drivers on DXVK) sadly fimgrain was on on DXVK while it wasnt on native, but that doesn't make any performance difference from my testing.

My compliments to Feral Interactive. It's doing a great job porting big games to Linux. Now i'm playing Dirt Rally and, although occasional fails of the motion blur shader, the framerate is great. I'm playing it on ULTRA in a GeForce 8800GT and a I5 processor. (Correction : i use a GeForce 750TI)

yes. performance is 2x better cause they had some weird bug on the normal beta driver for the new spir-v compiler

i modified a few PKGBUILDs to get it installed the performance is much better than the normal beta driver for DXVK

not that im aware of, i built my own packages. Nvidia file can be downloaded from here, but its Developer Beta driver: https://developer.nvidia.com/vulkan-driver

DXVK apparently also works on Windows. Can you check? 4-way comparison between Windows Directx 11, Windows DXVK, Wine DXVK and Linux native would be nice. If DXVK sometime in the future starts supporting Directx 12 too, that would be mean those who want to continue to stay on Windows 7 for some reason, can use DXVK to translate Directx 12 calls to Vulkan and play Directx 12 games on Windows 7.

yeah, but i'd have to install and use this inferior OS then. It's just not for me. I do not like Windows. i Get why some people use it, but not for me really.

No need to buy Windows, you trial it forever with reinstall once a year and by using slmgr -rearm in cmd every few months.

Man i love you benchmark, that´s really good and shows the power of DXVK. The only thing i don´t like is this atitude from Linux power users/pro comunities in general... calling windows a "cancer OS" and things like that. It´s 2018 man ! you´re still living in middle 2000´s. Microsoft is a hole different company, the world have changed.

I do not see that Microsoft has changed a lot. Don't confuse their grudging willingness to adopt Linux in cloud and IOT with honest open attitudes.
