best option i think is to wait a bit, i think there are plans for DX10 in DXVK also, so it might start working then. i think this game uses a mix of DX10 and DX11 stuff

:( Thanks for your dedication! In these days I tried to run the game using vanilla Wine 3.5 with no luck. This game worked with some wine-staging versions then stopped. "Worked" means it started and then bring me to ingame, where glitches (=totally broken gfx) can't let me play. Trying the game with recent wine versions (staging or vanilla) fails completely: the game hangs on loading screen. I have to try with some Wine from AUR...

Sadly Sleeping Dogs seem to require something from DX10 and DXVK has only DX11 info: GeForce GTX 1070: info: Driver: 390.48.0 info: Vulkan: 1.0.65 err: DxgiAdapter::CheckInterfaceSupport: No D3D10 support this is where it hangs

Running MacOS? In this case i think you are quite out of luck as the game is DirectX11 and for Mac there is no DX11 to Vulkan translation layer, which means wine has to convert it to OpenGL and afaik Mac has really old OpenGL 4.1 only. If you are running Linux though, the simplest way to run it is with the SteamPlay(Proton)
