@@zabuza8548 what desktop environment you are using? Most DE's should bypass compositor in fullscreen. also add DXVK_HUD=frametimes %command% to the steam launch options to see if framtimes are actually bad or maybe its just mouse smoothing thats enabled or anything similar. It's quite hard to suggest stuff without seeing it in action how it plays for you.

vsync can cause input delay. desktop compositor can cause lag if its not bypassed etc.
