I will try to play it today (2024). Let's see how Wine it runs with wine v9.0 and DXVK.. Using my AMD Radeon RX 570x. Using Linux of course.

@@xpander69 yup it works great now. I run just Wine v9 with DXVK, no additional fixes or workarounds. I got a decent amount of FPS as well. My settings on 'high'. I don't get 200+ FPS, but I think beween 40-65 FPS.

it runs much better now with more recent DXVK and wine+esync. around 70-90FPS most of the time, except on the starting line where lots of cars are on the screen. About 50 FPS range there.
