@xpander69 No excuse this quality is so bad because they have used OpenGL. The Witcher 2 (despite the problems of release), today has a minimally satisfactory performance, and it is a much heavier game. @Isaiahmag Linux version using DirectX11 to OpenGL4.1 translation while DXVK translates DirectX11 to Vulkan

I imagine the Windows version uses DirectX while the Linux version uses OpenGL. If it supported Vulkan right out the box that might be a different story.

@Larryk17 Deepin is based on Ubuntu. So: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa sudo apt-get update and after that you should get an option to install newer drivers. If not, you should be able to install it with commands: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt install nvidia-driver-396 Then reboot the system.

@Larryk17 you need 415 Nvidia driver or newer because 390 is unsupported. For the best games experience I recommend you to switch to rolling release GNU/Linux distro such as Arch Linux, Antergos or Manjaro because it always have only the freshest all drivers and all other.

I think you need at least nvidia 396.54 drivers to make dxvk work. Also you might want to Join Linux_Gamers_Group on discord to get more help with Lutris.

Apparently, eON still only uses OpenGL. That's why it performs so poorly compared to DXVK.

Crashes fixed with latest update! If you had game installed before then delete this file if crashes still occur: ~/.local/shared/vpltd/mxgp3/eONprecompiledShaders.dat
