If you already downloaded Portal 2, there is one part of the update process which unfortunately cannot be completed automatically and you must do manually:

navigate to the bin/ directory under your Portal 2 directory (e.g. ~/.local/share/Steam/SteamApps/common/Portal 2/bin
rename libmiles.so to libMiles.so

Vandevoo Pl yes once CS:GO is released for linux... 99% of games use steamplay feature... which means "buy once, play on any platform its supported"

bad gpu/cpu/drivers? .. that recording is capped to 29.99fps .. but when im not recording it runs 80+ fps with 4xMSAA, 16xAF, 1920x1080 ..so no complaints realy

What are you using for recording linux games? I tried recordMyDesktop and it works fine,but it isn't Casablanca of recording ingame sound...

***** yeah its really good.. took 3.5 hours to complete that but its totaly worth it... gives you nice story additions for singleplayer as well.. and you get to know what might be portal 3 when it ever comes out :)

This seems to run very smoothly. Things are looking good for Linux. I certainly don't miss the time we(the Linux users) were completely on another planet.

actualy it doesnt look that smooth in video.. because on SSR 30 fps cap. but it is super smooth on my hardware with 4xMSAA, 16xAF, 1920x1080 and all maxed... runs better than first portal
