quick video about the performance with and without recording.
there is no huge difference for my rig.. i would say 5% framerate drop when recording.

the test is not really in sync, tried to play 2 times the same scenario.
outdoor areas are most demanding.

Well he may have a great processor and if you record to a SSD you'll have good performance even while recording.

You're using OpenGL recording right? Your CPU coupled with that does wonders, barely need shadowplay. Wish you had a windows partition too, would love to see how it performs in comparison to linux.

no i dont use OpenGL recording. just the regular one, h264 codec and CRF 16 and 30 fps capture
