Play as Mad Max, a reluctant hero and survivor who wants nothing more than to leave the madness behind and find solace.
Enter the outlandish post-apocalyptic world inspired by the epic Mad Max films. Combine melee combat, gunplay and tactics to fend off the road scum, stake your claim on the Wasteland, and bring Scrotus’ dynasty to an end.
Engage in exhilarating vehicular combat, taking down enemy rides with an inventive range of destructive tech, from shredding metal with your Ripperoni Rims to firing missiles with the Thunderpoon.
Design, customize and drive the Magnum Opus, the sacred obsession of visionary mechanic Chumbucket. Choose from different car chassis, decals and colors, plus a slew of upgrades including mounted weapons, armor and engines.
Explore at your peril an enormous open-world desert; brave its treacherous landscapes, hostile weather patterns and bloodthirsty marauders.
Dice with the Wasteland’s cultish factions, including painted gangs of death-loving War Boys, chaotic outfits of wild Roadkill, and prowling tribes of Buzzards – Russian-speaking scavengers with a buzzsaw obsession.
Take on scores of dangerous side-missions, quests, and breakneck Death Runs. All created by Avalanche Studios, the acknowledged masters of sandbox adventure.

Oh man, the original Mad Max movies and Fury Road were awesome ! The Linux port seems awesome ( seems incredibly smooth ) But, is the game worth buying ? I mean, does it captures the original movie feeling ?

Combat is pretty boring imo (unless you liked Shadow of Mordor combat). Veichle Combat is superb. Story is nice. the guy repairs your car and helps with the upgrades is really crazy character :) so far i like it.. lots of sidemissions also.. seems like lots of content for such a small price

Holy shit. Could it be? A Feral port that doesn't run like total hot garbage? My eyes must be deceiving me! Joking aside, it's good to see the game running good (even if it drops bellow 60 at points).

Hey, I'm going to buy a budget gpu, but I can't decide if Nvidea or AMD. I'm using Arch now and I don't have the greatest experience with amd drivers and I hear that the privative's Nvidea drivers are close to Windows' drivers. But also, I hear that the new AMD series are working fine with open drivers. What can you recommend me? I thinking in a 1050 or similar in AMD.

atm go with nvidia, amd drivers still need some work. AMD drivers have improved quite a bit, but still not there yet and there are always corner cases where this or that game doesnt work at all or has issues. so for now Nvidia is the only choice to play under linux without getting grey hair

You're better off getting an older card from nvidia. Linux games tend to be not properly optimized or whatever, so you need to do a little brute forcing. Go for a 970 or something they can be had used for cheap from people that upgraded to 1070's which are tits btw.
