I don't think pro was available when i bought mine. And also i don't really know if my motherboard supports it. By looking the specs i see they both clock same etc, so i dunno whats the difference really

@@xpander69 thanks. I will try to use pipewire in the future. my audio card is 24/192 but I'm not sure if 192Hz will work in games. By default, as I understand it, resampling works. Since when I worked with sound, the DAW card had minimal delays at settings close to the frequency and bitness. (2ms) and when setting 96 48 or 44.1, the delays increased proportionally. from this it follows that for a card for example 96 with a frequency, it is desirable to use 48 in the settings for example pulseaudio. this is for software and games. This is information from my experience. It may of course not be reliable. but I cannot find information on this topic on the Internet. No setup needed. just plug and start using. I don't use pulseaudio though, but using pipewire and its been working out of box without any issues (except the OBS side problem with audio skips in this video). Before pipewire i used pulse+jack combination, that needed some setup. The card runs 44.1Khz, 48Khz and 96Khz. Haven't tested beyond that though. Not sure if my card even supports higher frequencies. Sound distortion issue is quite known issue with pulseaudio iirc, discord voicechat i think you can disable echo cancelation and noise reduction for better results, but yeah other than that, try pipewire i guess.

I'm using a Linux distro called Zorin os , whenever i launch the game i'm stuck in screen where it shows "portalwars-linux-shpiing error" either ( force quit or wait ) , But i waited long enough but nothing comes but frustration so a little help please :(

start steam from terminal and see whats coming up with that. Most likely some weird library issue or gpu drivers. you can also try forcing Linux Steam Runtime from the game properties and compatibility tab under steam
