I deleted this game after successfully run Farcry 3. I get always segmentation fault with Farcry, even OpenGL, or Direct3D9

hmm strange. it ran out of the box for me. well ofc i had directx stuff installed previously. but yeah far cry 3 is really good.. just the old far cry still not so bad. far cry 2 was quite a junk with few good ideas but overall gameplay was a mess.. really nice that they managed to pull a good game out with far cry 3

no its good old games installer if you bought from there.. or you have the steam version of the game? i dunno much about PlayOnLinux, i just install stuff manually.. i think you could head over to PoL forums for those specific questions
