everything runs fantastic for you. ive tried alot of the same games on LM13 and they run, theyre playable, they just dont run great. i have an i7, 8 gigs of ram, radeon 5770hd. i havent done anything other than install wine through playonlinux. move game directories over to my linux partition and run with wine. if anything is fullscreen, i get MAJOR graphic anomalies untill i manage to get them in windowed mode. its been awhile since ive played around with linux, prolly LM8 or so.

any suggestions? i dont quite have the free time i used to to look every individual thing up. i was honestly suprised and how many games run with little to no effort compared to my last experience with linux. performance though. if things were just a little bit smoother, id be alot more satisfied. maybe its my ati card? my specs should be fine for most of the games im running.

you have ati video card thats ur problem.. ati/amd is known to have bad drivers under linux
