Nuclear Dawn is the first game to offer a full FPS and RTS experience, within a single gameplay model, without crippling or diluting either side of the game. 
 As a soldier, explore war-torn post-apocalyptic landscapes, modelled on modern cities, and take the fight to your enemies as armoured, assault or stealth infantry, using various weapons across ten distinct load-outs to accomplish your objectives. The first person shooter action in Nuclear Dawn is hard, fast and unforgiving, with weapons that rely on skill and tactics more than on twitch reflexes and map memorization.

thats hard to say.. i think it mostly comes down to desktop environment used. ofc driver versions and sometimes kernel konfs.. but overall there isnt huge difference.

hey mate, can u recommend arch linux more than ubuntu, for gaming? and what video card drivers are u using? every time i try to install my gtx660 drivers my system turns unusable.. :( greetings

if you know more about linux and want better control of your system, faster boots and no dependecy hell then i recommand arch linux.. however the setup is not so noobfriendly..once its set its rock solid.. im using 331.20 atm.. but i have used all of them since 310.x on arch and havent had any stability issues

Xpander69 Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what you mean. When I clicked on it, there was no option to opt into the Beta. I went to the forum and it posted an link for source for the Linux server. What am I missing? Thanks again. This game looks awesome.

it is already.. select all games.. find Nuclear Dawn, go to properties and Betas and opt into Beta... that Beta is working without any major issues.. apart from some missing textures.
