By following the download link you will receive the updater.tar.gz file, which contains two files - updater and updater.blk (configuration)
extract them to a folder where you wish to install War Thunder. For example ~/Games/WarThunder
run the updater from that folder (for example, run terminal, then type "cd ~/Games/WarThunder", then type "./updater") it will download and run the game.
From now on, you can just run ./updater from that folder, and you will see a native running War Thunder on Linux 64 bit. Tip: if you already have the game running on your Linux using Wine, you can use the same folder to extract your updater there. It will save you some time.

when typing the "cd ~/Games/WarThunder" line, it says: no such folder or directory (yes, i did type in the right path, I'm sure of that) what do i have to do with this??

Arthur Vanhoorebeke you could try ./aces -mode:windowed or ./aces -resolution:1920x1080 or even ./aces -safe ... dunno that problem though.. might be videocard driver issue

try cd "/home/yourname/Games/WarThunder" also make sure you have capital letters correctly.. you can also use tab key in terminal to finish the names

Im clicking the updater and nothing is happening...it just highlights orange and doesnt open anything

it runs on the backround probably /check your system monitor)... best way is to install it from steam atm.

Help PLZ. I'm running this game on linux and when pressing C for look around it automaticly switches in front. (nothing selected)and i cant normaly cheak what's going on around me
