you can just add -s "1280x720" behind the libx264, so it should convert from 1080p to 720...but i think that takes even more cpu power

ahh ok..i thought the conversion from 1080p to 720 takes more because of extra encoding

makes sense. i'm mostly a console gamer and am just now getting more into PC gaming due to recently upgrading my rig as well as more and more linux games are being released

the problem with controller is that im not used to use that.. i have been a pc user for almost 20 years and always used keyboard+mouse.. i do have a controller but i dont use it because i dont feel comfortable with it.. even the racing games and platformers i play with keyboard+ mouse because thats just comfortable for me

one can be a PC gamer and still use a controller. please don't tell me you're one of those elitist pc gamers who's part of the master race. :) It's weird because my controller works in all source engine valve games, ss3 bfe, bastion, metro last light so I am confused why it doesn't work in this game. i couldn't find a cfg file for the controller settings either.
