Hi Xpander! Could you help me with something? I've been wanting to record and such but I don't have an option for NVENC?
I have a Asus GTX 960 STRIX OC 4GB with nvidia driver 367 and kernel 4.7 running on MATE 16.04.1 with 1.14 desktop.
Both OBS and SSR only shows me H.264 (SSR shows a few more) and no choice for NVENC.
Please help me!

Thanks for the link man :) I have an issue though, I don't know how to get "--enable-nvenc" to work? What is the command?

Hey, you need to compile ffmpeg with nvenc support. its not that easy on ubuntu. on arch based distros it's easy to do. But theres script floating online that is able to do that for Ubuntu: https://github.com/lutris/ffmpeg-nvenc check this out. I havent tested this since i use Arch but people claim this script works
