nope, 1TB SATA3 with 7200rpm, from Western Digital
for me it skips frames also in some places, seems to be CPU issue morely likely though,

also if you look at my older videos when i was using linux mint, i had more of those frame skips. After i switched to Arch Linux it seems i get less of those skips. i even kept the same /home partition with the switch. so it seems something in the system thats hogging some more disk or cpu in Mint or something like that
