you need to have normal wine version installed into your system before doing all this.PlayOnLinux has to be installed as well. Some paths may different on different distros (so check them out before you are going to copy)

install 1.4-rc4-raw3 wine via PlayOnLinux
Go to your $HOME/.PlayOnLinux/wine/linux-x86/1.4-rc4-raw3
Copy those folders to your system wine in /usr (root access)

when i run "wine --version" after doing this nothing change, the wine v1.4 instaled by apt-get launch arma2, but can't use mouse ou keyboard, forcing to use the wine 1.5.9-raw3 i get this erro: wine: '/home/elias/.wine' is a 64-bit installation, it cannot be used with a 32-bit wineserver.

remove ur .wine folder cuz its 64bit one but u took the x86 one from playonlinux: or if u dont want to remove .wine folder then take the 1.5.9-raw3 from the x86_64 tab in playonlinux. alternatively take the wine 1.5.14 from x86_64, cuz new wine builds should have raw3 by default

now i geting other issue, a X3Audio1_6.dll is missing. i tried install with winetricks and din't work copying the dll from windows instalation to the wine system32... i using the steam arma 2 version

winedricks directx10 maybe...or download directx10 package from microsoft and install it. x3Audio should be in there
