For better accuracy you can move fast, stop for a ms to shoot, move fast again. A second option is to move fast and push ALT (move slower) just befor shooting to increase accuracy of your handgun shooting :)

it is enabled..the problem is that the recording software doesnt care about that... i have compton and dont see any tearing while playing but the framerate difference makes it tear for the simplescreenrecorder.
