because my audio capture fails with other ways... can only capture audio directly when i set my speakers to 5,1 but then my xorg cpu load goes crazy. thatswhy through the mic input. (if that was what u asked :) )

hi, I cant get it to run on my PC it just hangs on the disclaimer before the intro. Is there any way I can check if the WMP9 codec was propperly installed?

run the wmv files from worms folders with that wmp9.. if they run then should be fine. if not then codec missing.

press esc/enter/space key few times, should go into menu then. if still doesnt, then u have some other issue

start the game from terminal (steam) and see what wrong there

i managed to run it from play on linux, by configuring steam, making the version xp, then, install package tab, wmp9. hope this helps someone

after re breaking it and doing the step above, it wasnt at all what fixed my problem, in fact what fixed it was to configure steam on play on linux, then on Audio, then manually do the inputs/outputs
