PLEASE help me ! i installed it with playonlinux, and now i can start game, i can press play, i can see the crash of the airplane and than it is dark but i can see my energy and on left side it tells me find something to eat and so on. I can open inventory with no problems but i cant play because i cant see anything

May be a few years late but changing render mode to legacy is the workaround.

try lowering your graphics settings and/or resolution and check if the problem is still there... i didnt use playonlinux myself so i cant speak about thisone.
