I love how the vehicles handle, it's so easy to fuck up if you go too fast and it's a really nice realistic representation.

The vehicle didn't break, he got damaged, but the driver got very badly hurt in the incident and he died just after that, and when you die the corpse is instantly put on the ground so he fell outta the car.

That was not a car failure but failure of player to heal the bleeding char. The char bled out.
