cool man this worked just to to do cd nile/bin then ./nile maybe if copied to /usr/bin along with chmod +x, it just works without ./

For me it's a bit to late for Steam version, beyond that there is no benifts at all no achievements so not worth it to buy it again

This game didn't win any performance awards even on desktop Windows. It's very CPU intensive.

Liam, right now which kernel fastest ? 5.19 or 6 or 6.1+ ? was reading phoronix site where buncha different kernels compared, it seems realtime one won most benchmarks, but I don't think it's stable, maybe I just got an old machine

Worst game out of the three Watch Dogs games. I'd skip this and get WD1 or 2, smaller download, better performance, better mechanics and map/level design.

I like Legion the most. Way more gameplay variety and actual melee combat. Love the Deep Profiler with all NPC's having schedules, relationships, etc. That shit is innovative.

Legion has the best, the most varied stealth mechanics of all three WD games, so if you value stealth more than shooting this game would be the best WD game for you.

I've played many hours of all 3 and I agree. I loved WD1 and 2 was ok but 3 is slightly disappointing.

I wonder, have you ever covered Red Dead Redemption 2 on Steam Deck? I know it's been out for a while, but I keep coming back to it and it's just an incredible experience on SD. Thanks in part to Vulkan I suppose, and bit of tweaking settings is required to get the most out of it. Also, Halo: CE (MCC) with gyro aiming... just wow. What a time to be alive.

I use the Hardwarw Unboxed optimized settings then set the framerate in the performance menu to 30 fps. Pretty smooth gameplay.

Apparently the Gold and Ultimate editions also include the first game. I am tempted to pick this up as it's not often that there is a British set open world game.

I don't know why the game takes up so much space for you. My install takes 71.5 gigs. Still alot of storage but certainly not 100 gigs.

It's 56,5 GB only if you install the game through Ubi Connect launcher with English language pack only and without hi-res textures (+14,9 Gb).

Not sure if this advice would be useful for Steam Deck owners, but on PC it's better to reduce shadows and textures one notch down and set in-game sharpness to 15%, this trick will also make TAA significantly less blurry.

Man this game keeps crashing on me for some reason. I have downloaded on my internal drive and mess around with different settings and got the same outcome. It always happens around 30-40 ish minutes of gameplay. Anyone got any suggestions here?
