Call me crazy but do you think this is a test on the Feral Interactive & the Linux gaming market considering this game came out 8 dec 2015 & there new game dirt 4 come' out the 9th of jun 2017 its seem's kinda pontless for them to pay for them old game to get ported when they have a new one coming out.

Dirt Rally is an hardcore simulator vs Dirt 4 is more arcade. More people are gonna keep playing Rally for a long time, heck people still play Richard Burns Rally due to game's realistic simulation. But yeah it still might be just a test for future.
