The answer lies in this game! Overage is a game that thrives on creativity; allowing you to craft guns that can do anything from duplicating bullets, to shooting black holes! If you end up with a gun that's underwhelming but has aspects that you enjoy, you can always rip those parts off and slap them on a gun that is a better fit for you! It may give your personal gunsmith a heart attack, but he's paid by the hour, so...

Explore a beautiful, futuristic 2.5D world that encompasses platforming, satire, and shooting lots of guns! Don't get too comfortable though, the world of Overage is a dreadful place; overrun by demons and other things that go "bump" in the night. You must exercise caution, for there can be danger lurking on each end of the screen... and there are plenty of creatures lurking in the darkness... some big and some small... but all of them are hungry and ready to sink their teeth into your flesh.
