Player Hosted Lobbies Playtest

This is a smaller update that focused on fixing bugs from v0.7.1 and adding Player hosted lobbies.

Main menu play screen UI improvements - Server list headers - Server list includes player hosted lobbies via Steam - Direct join screen to join via lobby ID or IP - Host game screen to start player hosted lobby via Steam
Allow volume settings to be increased to 150%
Decrease default music volume
Improve network performance/optimization
Improved vaulting smoothness
Slight increase to initial sliding speed

Fixes

Issues with vaulting (Able to infinitely climb walls)
Camera falls through map on death in lobby map
Spawn protection not applied on first spawn
Loadout changes during respawn not applied
Loading screen animation background not transparent

X-Mode is a free-to-play medium paced multiplayer FPS with a variety of different gamemodes to play. Perfect for quick casual games with friends or if you're more hardcore you can grind for the top of the global leaderboard.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPER

X-Mode was developed almost completely by me, xZippyZachx. I've been developing video games as a solo indie dev since 2015. X-Mode started development in early 2020 and will be the first game I release on Steam. I also documented the X-Mode development process on YouTube if you're interested.
