Townopolis v1.54 patch

v1.54 changes: -Windows executable is now 64-bit by default. A separate 32-bit executable is provided for a backward compatibility. -Fixed a small visual glitch on low resolution displays. -macOS application bundle rearranged to the regular format -macOS system requirement increased from 10.6 to 10.8
