It's You vs. the Frontier, and the Frontier doesn't take kindly to strangers.

Travel to the untamed Stardust Frontier, and forge into the unknown in this roguelike microgaming party adventure! Team up with up to four players and battle against hostile wildlife, scrappy scavengers, or even against an opposing team in the eight-player Team-vs-Team Mode! Your mobile devices are your interfaces, and through them you'll play a myriad of microgames to take aim, fire powerful weapons, repair your mech, and unleash devastating team tactics against your foes!

As you travel through the diverse planetoids in the Frontier, you'll find new equipment and weaponry to kit out your mech, encounter strange merchants and unexpected events, and fight all sorts of threatening foes for riches and material. Master the microgames and outperform your teammates to show off your skills, then work with them in times of need to avoid utter destruction! Fight together and claim victory!

• Buy Once, Play with the Whole Group - Only the host needs to own the game. Players can hop right in on their phones, no purchase required!

• Positions and Professions - Each player controls a unique character with wildly varying abilities, who is responsible for one part of the mech! Combine your unique skills to save yourselves from destruction, and augment and replace your mech parts until you're rocking an incomprehensible amalgam of machinery!

• Tactical Microgame Action - Formulate a plan based on your opponent's intents, and use your microgame skills to power your actions! But be careful—Not all foes will wait for you to blast them into orbit! Enemies can dispatch unique reactive intents that change depending on your actions!

• Procedurally Generated Planetoids - With dozens of worlds in the Frontier to land on, every playthrough takes a different path! Each world you travel to will have an entirely unique, procedural map chock-full of hostiles, events, shops, and more!

• In-Person or over the Net - Stardust Frontier works great whether you're all crowded on a single couch, or spread halfway across the world. Any number of host monitors can connect to a single game, so you don't even need to stream your computer screen!

Team-vs-Team

Two teams of up to 4 players (8 players total!) each blast off and fight for dominance! Race towards the jackpot, a Stardust meteorite kilometers in scale, fighting increasingly treacherous battles as you converge on it, and each other. Once you reach your goal, go all-out in a final climactic fight against each other to determine who has the right to claim their fortune... and who isn't returning to Earth afterwards.

Co-Op

Up to 4 players (or one player and a gaggle of ship CPUs!) venture into the uncharted, with only the vast unknown to stop them. Death is permanent here, a single critical mistake could cost you your lives. Put your teamwork to the limit to reach your prize... and continue onwards after that, if you feel so inclined!

Campaign

A welcome addition to those familiar with long-form cooperative gaming: Discover the meaning behind the cataclysm that started this gold-rush as a group of scientists, braving what remains of Andromeda II in a chain of unique hour-long episodes that flow together into a complete, unfolding narrative. Bring your team and equipment forward through each episode, gearing up to push further into the expanse, and hopefully find the answers you seek. Keep your friends coming back week after week to unearth the secrets of the Stardust Frontier!

Audience / Streamer Mode

Play any Mode with the addition of an Audience who's pulling the strings! Whether it's that 9th friend you didn't really expect to show or thousands of livestream viewers, get everyone engaged by having them vote on events, trigger wild and unpredictable effects, and even take control of your opponents! If you're a Twitch streamer, you can even configure the cost to trigger actions in Channel Points or Bits, and embed the controller directly onto your stream as an Extension!

Stardust Frontier takes full advantage of your mobile device's capabilities for its controllers. Each player must use a phone or tablet to control the game. To play, launch the Steam game and start a lobby. The game window is your Host Monitor, and all players need to be able to see it at all times. Then, players scan the QR code on-screen to open the mobile controls in their web browsers, no purchase or sign-up required!

Any number of desktop browsers can be connected as additional Host Monitors to a lobby, mirroring the contents of the main screen. Instructions can be found in the game.
