Family Reunion blends the awkwardness of family dinners with the structure of idle and narrative games.

You play as a kid trapped at the table, surrounded by relatives, stories, and endless small talk — trying to make time pass as fast as possible.

Choose between three archetypes — Introvert, Chatty, or Adventurer — each offering a different way to survive the dinner: through imagination, conversation, or exploration.

As you interact with the people and objects around you, new abilities and events unfold: spread gossip, sneak away to explore the house, or simply drift into daydreams. The faster you make time move, the closer you get to freedom.

Created using simple hand-coded web tools, Family Reunion embraces the DIY spirit of early internet games — personal, playful, and slightly uncomfortable.
