Update #12 - hotfix

Hello everyone! Here is small hotfix. We've got a valuable amount of crush reports and decided to get back to previous stable Unity version (2018.2.8f1).

Bugs fixed:
- 3 more productions added in level editor (they were hidden in the last build).
- Problem with opening level stats ofter playing workshop level.
- Power plants sounds are not that loud now.
