Build r3415 finished up now with several safety settings now build into the games settings.
due to time constraints they don't have ingame UI yet, but will soon. the settings can be accessed from your settings ini as usual.

These should cut down some a few types of crashers. More updates to this system to follow, along with settings for friends, and toggling ingame. This runs for both props and avatars.

Fixes:
* full world loading, scene loading overhaul. please report any bugs with world loading as its all new systems entirely
* world loading is now faster, much more stable and should cause less issues .
* home worlds now load though a elevator always
* fallback world thats just a empty cube floor, if you see this it means the world failed. future update will display this info in the world. you can now choose to stay in the doomed world or open the tablet and disconnect. Or maybe the server can change maps if you are lucky.
* fix for no home world set, connecting to server you disconnected from causing elevator + main menu to be loaded.
* when banned the UI will display this under the login field
* ingame registering and linking to steam
