On a certain day in the small mountain town of South Pass the people are abandoned by the Internet service providers.
The cell tower breaks down and it's decided that repairs would cost too much and that the people are not profitable.
Fortunately the lack of cell signals open up the air waves to interdimensional travel and a really chill space dog shows up to show you how to groove.
