Build-A-Room #3: Find out who won the trip to Paris!
[previewyoutube=wlTzZNMP5-o;full][/previewyoutube] The third Build-A-Room contest has officially concluded! We announced the winners during yesterday's Pine Studio livestream. With so many exceptional entries, selecting the top rooms was an incredibly challenging task. To celebrate the amazing talent showcased, we are awarding ALL our top 15 entries with fantastic prizes!
We've decided not to rank the rooms from #4 to #15, as it was impossible to place them in order. Each of these outstanding entries will receive a 100$ Steam Gift Card! Winners, keep an eye on your Steam accounts for your prize. Congratulations, and we hope you enjoy your rewards! Check out the twelve winning rooms below:
While most entries focused on visual arts, Houdini's Workshop by Cico showcases a different art form altogether. As the title suggests, this magical workshop belonged to the legendary illusionist himself. Congratulations, Cico, and enjoy your Steam Deck!
VR WHEN?!
Congratulations to Relativity by Duc, an entry boasting surreal design choices and outstanding puzzles. While we're still working on VR version of ES, we're awarding our second-place winner a Meta Quest 2 VR headset! Enjoy your Meta Quest 2, Duc!
We've truly gone all out for our first-place prize: a trip to Paris, France! This reward includes two round-trip plane tickets, a three-night stay at a Parisian hotel, and two tickets to the Louvre to admire the REAL Mona Lisa! Additionally, we will add an in-game portrait of your choice to a room in Escape Simulator and send a physical copy to your doorstep. The grand prize goes to Robin for the stunning room Immortal Canvas. This breathtaking creation in Escape Simulator is a true masterpiece. Enjoy your Parisian adventure, Robin, and don't forget to snap some photos! We'd like to extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in this contest, and we eagerly anticipate the creations in future competitions. We're giving our room builders a few months to rest, but more Build-A-Room challenges are on the horizon! Feeling inspired and want to start building rooms yourself? Our Discord and subreddit communities are here to help you get started. If you're not a builder but want to chat and explore more community rooms, you're welcome to join as well. See you there!
