Zero Ion Backflow takes place in an alternative underwater universe where life is based on the noble gases and creatures appear in the form of glowing fish. During centuries six races have lived in harmony, but they have now extinguished the resources of their world and must compete to reach their only opportunity: the Zero Ion Backflow, a gaseous photomultiplier which will allow only one to survive.
